Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Please note: Our offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.

You can track the progress of your order via our online tracking system.

 

Domestic Shipping

Standard SA Shipping

  • Orders may take up to 2 full business days to be processed, picked, and packed before shipping.

  • Please allow at least 4 business days for delivery, excluding the day of payment.

  • We use The Courier Guy for all domestic parcels. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. You can track your parcel online here:

Outlying Areas (Farms, Small Holdings, etc.)

  • Some rural or remote areas may only be serviced on specific days, which could result in longer delivery times.

  • If you live on a farm or smallholding, the courier will contact you to arrange a mutually suitable meeting point for delivery.

  • Should you request direct delivery to your outlying address instead of the arranged meeting point, an additional surcharge may apply. This surcharge will be quoted and must be paid before delivery.

Shipping Rates – South Africa

  • R150 flat shipping fee for all orders under R2000.

  • Orders over R2000 qualify for free delivery.

 

International Shipping 

We do offer international shipping.

Due to fluctuating courier costs, we ask international customers to select EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) as the payment method at checkout. This allows us to:

  1. Calculate the best available shipping rate to your destination.

  2. Send you an updated invoice with the shipping cost included.

  3. Offer you the option to pay online via PayFast using the secure link provided in your invoice.

Please note: Your order will only be processed once full payment has been received.
